CTW 2013 Poster Session Program

Call For Posters

The technical program committee is soliciting contributions for early-evening poster sessions devoted to recent results. We especially encourage students and junior researchers to participate. There will be no published proceedings. Any contribution in the general area of communication theory is welcome. Extended abstracts for the poster session should be submitted to Matthew McKay by May 1, 2013 (**EXTENDED DEADLINE**). Electronic submissions must be in PDF format and provide sufficient details for careful reviewing. Acceptance notifications will be sent by May 15, 2013. The advance registration deadline is May 10, 2013.

Submission Instructions

Poster extended abstracts of no more than 2 pages (US letter size 8.5 x 11 inches) using font size 10, double column, and the IEEE style in PDF format should be submitted to the Poster Chair Matthew McKay (eemckay at ust.hk). The extended abstract should include all figures and references, as well the names of the authors, affiliations and email addresses. Please indicate "IEEE CTW 2013 Poster Submission" as the subject of the email. All submissions will be acknowledged.

Poster Preparation Instructions

Poster boards in the size of 80 (width) x 120 (height) cm will be provided. All posters should be printed at ISO A0 (841 × 1189 mm) or ISO A1 (594 × 841 mm) size.
